I just enjoy that they are completely out of context. Seriously, you could cut and past their paragraphs about dung beetles and post it anywhere and it has nothing to do with anything posted. Let us find them a dung beetle aficionado forum.

I dont like that (being able to buy "carry") either. But neither do I overly care. Thematically it makes no sense to me though. It is supposed to be a "proving ground" (I am using your words here - they make sense in this context) for the next emperor. So if this new/next emperor can just hire some dudes to do the job then it mostly is just proof of having access to resources. Any of the nobles at that time will have had such access.

Well you probably dont get it cause you might not have read an epic analogy that included dung beetles a while ago. Those who do, have a chuckle every time. Except the dung beetles themselves, they think the analogies are about others or dont even understand they are made fun of. Well thats their nature, poor creatures.

He actually thinks hes cleaver by creating this "group of people or persons" and calling it something else. Then he insults a group of people or persons by making comparisons that fit that are perceived as derogatory.

So instead of just directly insulting someone, which is against the forum rules, he classifies people in this group and then insults the group. Up to this point GGG I guess is fine with it, but personally I'm quite sick of trying to have discussions that just result in someone insulting a group of people or persons and getting away with it.


Note for anyone: if the only contribution you can have to a discussion is about eating shit, perhaps you should re-evaluate your post before actually going thru with it. If you have this obsession with posting about eating poop, perhaps you should re-evaluate yourself.

Yes, Dung Beetles was a classic video game. Dung beetles have never recovered the respect they had in ancient Egypt. There they were considered sacred. GGG support should replace half of the traps in the labyrinth with giant dung beetle monsters instead of removing the labyrinth. That way they could repair PoE to make it great again and at the same time pay their respects to the dung beetles that post in the labyrinth threads. Even though I would feel sympathy for the dung beetles if they remove labyrinth altogether, I would still be pleased that PoE would be great again.

Since we're discussing beetles, let's talk about June bugs. They can't figure out how to fly without going full speed into walls. They don't understand why they keep hitting walls and think the walls are the problem. Doesn't occur to them that the problem is that they are too stupid to fly around the walls.
