This is what I came up with..



The Name refers to the item providing evasion and armour:
Ghost -> illusive
Shell -> Strong, Solid, Hard

The First 2 lines of the flavor text indicate the combination of evasion and armour again,
And build up to the last 2 lines which then refer to the mechanism of turning your defense into your offense.
