I think a better indication of how much the lab is liked is what GGG does with it. If they left it a lone and didn't change much except how you enter it with this expansion... then I would believe that people liked it more so then not.

But... GGG quite frequently listen to the community (maybe more then they should) but they have basically gutted normal and cruel labs. So there is half the labs gone already. Which also makes the trials to unlock those quite pointless as well... since the traps barely make an appearance.

While I personally think they did this in the wrong way, at the very least they changed exploring the lab for chests a thing now. So at least that is alright.

But I think it shows that clearly there were issues with that lab. And I don't see any back lash about these changes going through so people seem happier for changes to the lab.

As they say, actions speak louder then words. We can speculate all day as to what percent of the community likes or dislikes something but we won't really know the true answer. They had enough on their plate for this expansion and didn't really need to touch the lab outside of entering it within 10acts. But they did more for it, thats just what I am seeing anyway.

Yeah, and some people have been throwing tantrums and crying as loud as they could to get the ascendancy points out of the lab ....

There is only one difficulty now, it makes much more sense to do what they have done with the lab, regardless of the tantrums.

Only Fruz has claimed such a silly thing. Fruz doesn't even seem to understand the difference between multiplication and division and so any mathematics from him is meaningless.

Not true, you're confusing the population outside the forums who have way below a 1 in 25 chance of complaining with people posting on the forums who have a much higher probability of sharing their view.

It does not specify anything about the other users being aware of the available media to complain or not, it's likely already been taking into account.

Plus angry customers have much much more incentive to find the media to complain on top of that
( than people that would give "positive feedback" ).
People coming here only to complain shows it.
