Hi there. I have tried the belt as you have suggested finally. So, it's not really that awesome for my build since I only got 5k-ish HP with the setup for it.

Leech Stats
5k HP
2% Life Leech per ATK
6.2% Life Leech per Physical DMG
100k-ish Physical DMG
25k-ish Elemental DMG
Life Leeched Per Sec is 2k+

One amazing thing about The Retch unique is that it gives a huge buff on the flask effect. I manage to get 10 seconds for my flask up time per usage. It's amazing and the -30% flask gain is minimal. However, I can't notice much with the damage from The Retch. I believe it's because most end game boss around T16 has high Chaos Resistance which make the DMG insignificant. I do enjoy the flask duration buffs though, a lot.






Your suggestion has given me a new idea to further innovate my current build to a tankier one. An absolute defense and offense. Thanks!

Well, I'm glad I could help.

Reave used to be my favorite skill in this game. I had similar gears like yours but in the end I got so frustrated with dying that I ended up specing into LS/ST. It is certainly a very good dps build but if you go life it's really hard to do any leveling using this build. Solo may work sometime but in 6 men parties when you cant kill the boss in seconds it's really easy to rip. And even rare mobs can one shot 4-5k life from time to time. In the end it's mostly just good for fast clear trash mobs. To be honest i think the only way to have a balanced and strong reave build is to go CI. But then the gears will be much more expensive. Hopefully I can get back to reave some day in the future.

I can't agree more. CI/ES is far superior than Life build now. It doesn't matter which build you make, as long it's CI/ES it'll generally be better. I have long despise the state of Life but regardless I never jump the ship into the stronger meta since I particularly has a lot of Life gears. Reinvestment into a total different gear is pain in the neck.
As of now, I'm trying my best to get around 6k life minimum. I have discarded more than 40k DPS in the process. It does give me a lot more survivability but just last two nights, I get killed by a random Volatile rare mob. Which of course can be tank easily by "balanced" 12k+ ES.
