Acuity was changed along with Vaal Pact so that it doesn't work with ES. The relation with overkill leech didn't change at all. But I still don't think it's a synergy, these overkills were an easy way to keep the "normal" leech fully stacked for extended periods of time.

" It does changed in a big way with Slayer Overkill Damage leeched as Life. Acuity doesn't grant Life from overkill as leech anymore but as gain. It's a different mechanic from Leeching. Now, if Slayer wants to get overkill damage leeched as life, don't crit, so you can kill monsters normally for that effect to take place. So to say, the synergy before 3.0 is way to OP and it's changed retroactively to tone it down. |
