How does "Minions get your Strength" from "The Baron" interact with "Raise Spectre" socketed into a "Doon Cuebiyari"?

Edit: Just tested it, doesn't seem like my flame sentinels are getting Iron Will (and therefore 258% Inc Spell damage in my case)

"Increased damage against" still counts as an "increased damage" bonus that you have, which means that it stacks additively with other "increased damage" bonuses that you have.

I'm having a difficult time finding an answer regarding damage conversion and minions. If you have say a Consuming Dark equipped and you have Fire Golem up, is 30% of the fire golem's damage now chaos? I understand through my research that only minion damage nodes scale minion attacks and not elemental or spell damage but I wasn't clear on if conversions apply.

Your modifiers do not apply to your Minions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your Golem does not have a Consuming Dark equipped, and thus will not get any Conversion.
How is the rounding for Radius of Area skills applied? Is only the Radius rounded down or also the Area?

so i was thinking a ball lightning+ slow projectile build.
according to pointblank wiki page.
50% more damage in 10m close range.
i wonder if my balls go slow as hell and stay as long as possible in the 10m close range.
seems like this but

does "projectile flying speed " have anything to do with point blank?

1. Point Blank cares about distance traveled, so slower projectiles would help a Point Blank build.
2. Point Blank can only apply to Attacks, and Ball Lightning is a Spell. There is currently no way for Point Blank to benefit Ball Lightning.
