Everyone should get at least one trade tab for free I had zero issues playing since 2013 until a few months ago with the basic amount of tabs and only one premium tab, which I was given for free some way or another. I swear GGG gave everyone a free tab but maybe I'm imagining it and forgot I bought it, I don't know. How long has that one item sat in your 15th stash tab, never touched since you put it there? That sure is useful... |

" Except that "advantage" is exaggerated and comes with down sides. Like having enough tabs that it is a pain in the arse to sort anything so you let it slide then spend ages looking through tabs for something you dumped in there in haste. Or if you trade you'll get whispers for stuff that is for sale in other leagues that you forgot about even having...enough that you would make a bug report (which you can see happening) It's a long stretch to call them pay to win, or even a convenience after a point. And of course it matters if you can play the game without them, since the advantage is debatable at best and dose not directly harm your enjoyment of the game...it's not like GGG are doing what typical pay to win games do and limit your stash to 1 quarter(or less) before you NEED to fork out, it's not like you need to do it with each character. I do feel dirty but stash tabs really fixed the following.
1. Whole organizing and making alt accounts. 2. You can make dumping tab from quad stash tab to keep running maps, you can organize items later when you are eating or doing other things that you have to do. 3. You can collect 1500 vaal orbs for vorici craft which is rather almost impossible with default stash tabs. 4. You can listed items much easier on premium stash tabs instead of fiddling around with text codes. 5. Haven´t read through the whole thing here and is certainly not gonna bother doing so, because this is not that all interesting when you think about it.
The thing is with Pay2Win games is that when players who DO choose to pay for some kind of package(s) they DO get some advantages over other players who has chosen not to dish out money for the same/similar packages. It usually just saves you some time, instead of having to grind as much if you choose not to pay them. And in most Free2Play games it is up to the players themselves to choose what to do. I am a new player of path of Exile and such but I do have a hard time actually seeing exactly WHAT is the Pay2Win in this game here. Because all I do see that is possible to pay for here in MOST cases is... well... Cosmetics. I can´t find the option of Pay us, like say... £25 and be able to instantly Level a Character from Level 1 to instant Level 100, or something. I can´t see the option of BUY this Package now for another £25 and get these super duper uber Weapons and SPECIAL items in path of Exile and then laugh over other players who do not have this kind of things. And even if it were possible to have things like this instant lvl 100 thing for this game I wouldn´t actually ever bothered buying it. Because I actually like to work, cry, scream, get frustrated, get excited and to see my Character grow and develop through it all. That is actually a big deal of this kind of game. And that is all I have to say about that. | |

Not sure what the point of this thread is. Anywho..
I think it's clear to anyone that having premium stash tabs makes playing the game easier to work with and more manageable, especially 'end game'. Despite this i think at worst this falls into a 'Pay For Convenience" category, not 'P2W'. | |

Yes this is relay great desiccation, i figure we should have league with only 4 stash tabs to be sure and establish perspectives.
