When Chris says that lab haters are a minority, how right is he?

Just died six times trying to complete trial of crippling grief, every single time because of no flask charges. Made two toons level 84 this league and I cant get any farther without frustration.

More annoyingly is the trading system and having to deal with so many people where there is always the mouth-breather...

Sorry, just really burning out on this game. 2cents

Don't confuse me with a lab lover, I'm not. I'm more of a anti-lab-hater. But, ok, here it goes: With leap slam, flame dash and whirling blades - and the possibility to avoid traps, running out of flask charges may be a sign that you're in too much of a hurry, not trying to avoid traps or just don't give a damn. But I tried to run the lab with a facebraker the other day. Pain. Had to equip an axe. Need leap slam.

Beside from the traps, the lab is as dangerous as a butterfly. Change your aura to vitality, equip 5 health flasks and run. If your running out of charges with 5 health flasks, I can honestly say you're doing something wrong. And I do agree that the lab needs some work towards ES.

I'm not trying to be a dick or something, but a lot of people fails to adapt. The lab is different, and needs a different approach. You can't just run through it, like the rest of the game (unless you build directly towards it). If that is a bad thing, I don't know.

The ONE thing I don't like about the lab, is that GGG took the ONE thing everybody hates, and made it a huge piece of content: Backtracking. The traps? Don't mind. Izaro? Like. Argus? Like.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

Grief is totally the one that griefs u. The trials are more of a pain than lab sometimes as they are just huge trap areas that really show u how good ur frogger skillz are

My problem with the lab is the harsh 10% death XP penalty so I only do labs right after I have levelled.
When you are L97.5 there is a long way until you do labs again...
You can die to easy in the lab from the obstacles. Not all characters have 200% runspeed...

I like to do lab late at night, the chance for my connection to choke is the lowest. Also, no movement skills or quicksilvers raise the fun level considerably, I recommend it to everyone that finds the lab boring.

A good advice in general, I think. If you've played the game long enough you should probably start putting some effort in to make it harder, not easier, or you won't stick for long.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
