When Chris says that lab haters are a minority, how right is he?

My problem with the lab is the harsh 10% death XP penalty so I only do labs right after I have levelled.
When you are L97.5 there is a long way until you do labs again...
You can die to easy in the lab from the obstacles. Not all characters have 200% runspeed...

I like to do lab late at night, the chance for my connection to choke is the lowest. Also, no movement skills or quicksilvers raise the fun level considerably, I recommend it to everyone that finds the lab boring.

A good advice in general, I think. If you've played the game long enough you should probably start putting some effort in to make it harder, not easier, or you won't stick for long.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

I also recommend wearing Abyssus, at least for trap areas. Oh, and switch all your jewels to Fragile Bloom.
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

And kick yourself in the shin every time you get hit by a trap. Motivation 101.
You have to be realistic about these things.

finding a compromise ? fuck them noone gives a shit about a vocal minority

http://steamcharts.com/app/238960 poe had its glory days

tinfoil wrote something about 12m registered accounts even with a shitload of bot accounts this is so hard to believe if you crash and get in queue you get a slight idea of how many ppl play this game relog and watch the number if it raises fast or slow

whats does league have atm 40m players ? 99% top on twich views with ppl ramping up 30k views solo poe has 500-700(12m registered accounts) views on a lucky day with 90% viewer on a singler streamer

even if you take the steam number by 10 for actual players(i dont own a steam account) you are so far away from 12m

optional monthly survey on the login you get 40 coins answer 10 questions...bam easy insane marketing boost

Exactly, nothing boosts your actual clear speed like putting a few pins on your chair and getting up only while in hideout.

...and here it becomes apparent you don't get the clear speed thing :P This tactic would doubtlessly improve clear speed but would also make you linger unnecessarily in your hideout.

Also, masochistic motivational methods work only for lab lovers. You need carrot to motivate the efficiency guys :P
You have to be realistic about these things.

Indeed, I've always been partial to the right mix of stick and carrot, the method would need some work.

I got it, GGG lets me unbalance one half of the game and then they let you unbalance the other half. Carrot on a stick. Or, more likely, honeyed carrot on a stick with nails in it.
You have to be realistic about these things.
