The Goddess Unleashed
"Yes, the comparison to added fire would be pertinent.. if added fire used up your weapon slot and required 7% life regen to break even. Lightning coil was considered bad in a different era of the game; its popularity grew with the growth of spike physical damage and the strength of non-armor builds. Even if you ignore the downsides to this weapon, here are the basic things that it needs to accomplish to not be absolutely terrible: There needs to be a source of physical damage that is so large by itself that it effectively doesn't need the weapon, but that isn't buffed by spell damage mods damage and won't be used in a crit build. As it stands in the game, the weapon has no redeeming feature. You'd be better off in every way by keeping the 6l exquisite blade. |

" Dual wielding is a weapon in each hand, not simply both hands in use. This is still just a one-handed melee weapon for the purposes of the tree, and that's it. Support a free Hong Kong.

Just look at the Wings of Entropy unique axe. It says "Counts as dual wielding". But The Goddess Unleashed doesn't say anything so im 99% sure it doesn't count as dual wielding.
I think that the recipe should be changed. Maybe change the 6l exquisite sword per any link config? Or just a 5l. This way it could be a good way to pick a 6l weapon, more expensive than Tabula. Last edited by ssergio29#6992 on Apr 15, 2016, 3:36:24 PM

Why would I want to spend all the currency and effort to make a 6l sword that doesn't look all that smashing? Especially if I have to use a 6l to make it. SMH

What a terrible sword for something that meants as a leveling weapon. A levelling weapon doesnt cost divines, 6 links and other expensive stuff to make just to be mediocre in the end. Youre better off using something else. Though it was expected, coming from someone who didnt even reach endgame lol.
Waste of manpower & time just to make this. Closed Beta Member.

Just think people should take into consideration the time in between the design process, the time it took to solve the riddle, and all the updates that have occurred to the game in between.
If this sword had been introduced the way it stands now, 4-6 months ago, I think it would have been received a bit better in terms of it's raw power output. On the other-hand, I also believe that given some time, players will create some pretty powerful builds with this weapons current implementation. That being said, and keeping in mind the time in-between the items conception, and introduction; it could use a slight buff. I am personally a.o.k with the price/cost of crafting it. A suggestion, would be to increase the variance of the weapon, so that it may still hit current rolls, however with a higher ceiling. Divine orbs could be spent in order to improve the rolls as the story go's. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for introducing yet another item to the game Charan. EDIT: Although, I must concede, if the purpose of the item is to be a "leveling item," it should see a reduced cost in the recipe. Although, as I mentioned, I think leaving the cost as is, and increasing the high end variance of the item would be better suited for the time invested, in not only the items conception, but in terms of viability. Edit 2: Maybe since so much work was put into the item to begin with, it warrants 2 separate recipes. One with a reduced cost, that suits the purpose of it being a leveling item, and allowing players to actually craft it feasibly for that purpose while maintaining it's current stats. Furthermore, a 2nd recipe, the same cost as it is now, with an increased stat variance, to give the game another high-end useful unique. I think that it would be worth the Dev time considering all that went into it.
