Hmmm lets say the horrors do 1000 dmg per projectile
lets say horrors shoot 1 projectile per second
lets say Average min dmg of 150%

mindmg 150% + (Slower(30 more) * Pierce(30 more) * Less duration(30 more) * Mindmg(50 more))

150% * 3.3
495%

5.95 * 1000 = 5950 initial phy dmg

Bleed does 60% of that per s

3570 bleed per s

Bleed gets multiplied by all projectile and minion damage again.

I guess you were right. I never bothered calculating that. I would replace Physical projectile with slower for the added range,

For the "How do I heal my minions?" section, you could also add that putting a Fortified Legion Cobalt Jewel in your passive tree heals your minions for 2% of their max life when they block (which is relatively often if you're using Bone Offering.)

Using Convocation also gives some health regen to your minions, but it's so small it's hardly noticeable.

And rolling the "of Animation" suffix on life and hybrid flasks "Grants (40 to 60)% of Life Recovery to Minions" if you're not using the Umbilicus Immortalis.

Update:

Added some more info to Necronomicon, will slowly add info when I have time.

New Raise spectre location format (zone level - 100%) 100% will indicate if they do indeed spawn all of the time on a white base zone)

Barrage doesn't have a Duration tag, so Reduced Duration wouldn't go into effect. Puncture does, however, so the support gem goes into effect at that point.

Look at Rapid Decay for a comparison, it specifies that it only boosts "Damage Over Time". That's the term Reduced Duration would need to use if it did the same thing.

In this particular case, like Hercanic mentioned less duration's General more dmg modifier does apply.

ATM I can't really tell the difference between

GMP + MinionDmg + Pierce + Less Duration + Physical projectile dmg OR Slower Proj.

They both seem to deal the same dmg or both do so much dmg I can't even notice the difference. Either way they are both green so that saves some hassle.

I think the only circumstance these apply is if you put them on your Animate Guardian.

At first, my opinion of knitted horrors wasnt that high.

But they really have some advantages. They are relatively easy to get or better said less of a pain in the ass to get than other spectres (YES LOOKING AT YOU GGG HRMHRM), pretty much the tankiest spectre and one doesnt need to bother with ele resists of enemies cuz phys dmg.

However, their ai isnt as good as flame sentinels. They often just walk up and down and dont shoot.

100% pierce is a must imo. So pierce gem+proj weakness curse. Or no pierce and chain, Ill test that.

If only they had better ai. Then they would be the best spectre. But like that, I see them on par with flame sentinels.

Thinking about to play maybe 2 6l next league, one with raise zombie-minion dmg-melee phys-bloodlust-melee splash-ms but not sure if zombies can really dish out good clear speed. I mean..that are 4 more modifiers..could be good.

They actually have 100% pierce by default.

The projectile is already ultra fast.
It has 100% built-in pierce (that does mean no chain though).
It is incredibly hard to see it for some reason. Very sneaky.

Another advantage you not considering is the lack of screen vomit. My friends appreciate it very much now that I am not running flame sentinels or incinerators with the crazy particle cluster.

I work around the AI issue by convocating them in a proper spot. Either directly in front of packs for a nice volley that clears 2 screens or directly into a pack to melt them. I am almost 100% sure they can melee and range attack independently.

Actually these minions are unique in that their melee attack does not prevent their ranged attack. If you look carefully, the minion is a giant monster with 3 bows on it's back that fire independently of the monster. This means if the beast is meleeing, the bows will continue firing if they wish to do so. It is also the reason why their fire rate can be rather quick (2 of the bows can fire in quick succession). That's also why when Knitted Horrors die, they fracture into 3 bow guys.
