Labyrinth,the worst content ever made in POE?

I absolutely enjoy spending hours of my life running maps and getting nothing out of it except some alteration and alchemy orbs, only to get oneshot by some bullshit and lose EXP from the past 3-4 maps, so exciting! personaly i like that they added content that is not gated behind a gearcheck, and to be honest it gave me a good lought all those people that are mad becouse their lv 9x char with bis gear cant just run trhow traps (arent those the same claiming game was to easy?).
that being said there are a 2 things that are quite anoying. first is the lack of saving. people lag, desinc, get some magic death, etc.. and having to start all over again becomes a pain in the ass, make it so one can save the progress with special Waypoints, at the end of the day when lab changes make those WP disapear. second is make it so doing merciless lab will grant all 6 points from other dificultys so those who dont enjoy this can only do it once. those 2 things should ease the pain, specialy of all those who dont enjoy playing this type of content. self found league fan

" Totally disagree. Labyrinth is one of the best content ever made by GGG. it's one of my favorite things to do in game right now. It's well made, the boss fight is neat, the fact the it also bring up some old challenge league mechanic. The traps and puzzle are fun too and it surely kill the repetition and boredomness by adding something that is completly different from the rest of the game. |

Pretty much do the normal labyrinth when you are level 53 and the cruel one when you are level 75(with all the 5 links, life gear, etc) and your only problem will be the random crashing.

I love the concept of the labyrinth, adds something fresh to the game, and has kind of an epic feel to it.
The execution needs work, though. Being locked into hour-long runs and no recourse in the case of DCs is bad. A checkpoint system of some sort is necessary. All the hardcore players play on hardcore anyway, so dying in the labyrinth for them requires them to start over anyway. Us softcore players play softcore because losing progress is not appealing to us. Checkpoints let us both have what we want. |
