hmmmmmnop, as long as i only have 4 stash tabs on free model this is not considered optional, im tired of shit being added progressively and no stash tab incriease, so trade via stash tab is not optional, only players that play will be able to do it eficiently..

But remember, this is just Phase One. If the others are based around this phase (instead of the website thing they had been planning) we might get pushed more and more into a corner. It's very very... very simple. The new system requires you to have public tabs which need to be premium tabs? Either trade with old methods or make a ONE TIME PURCHASE of couple of premium tabs. No, it's not p2w when you pay once in a game. And yes, it's f2p because if you don't play a lot you don't need those premium tabs for trading.
This being said, I can imagine GGG giving couple of free public tabs to everyone but I seriously wouldn't ask for it. Because I believe if everyone who wants public tabs purchases couple of those, we'll have a great expansion coming after Perandus leagues. And GGG can't run as a charity company forever. You know I just read the idea the other day that PoE is actually not free to play because of all the premium stash tabs you need to buy. As a player who could be called a casual, playing in temporal leagues exclusively (also hardcore!), I must say I never had a clue about this. I never faced the problem of running out of space! (well I did but I could manage it by occasionally vendoring the junk). Thats when I realized: the guy has a point, in standard league this must be an issue most certainly. And I was like Thank god I dont play standard, and I can play in a true free-to-play manner! But not anymore! I just lost a ton of faith in GGG... |

Once poe.trade owner decides to just use this new much more efficient way to search items, it will take away trade for ppl that didn't buy premium tabs, which is lame for a company that advertise not being pay2win.

People crying about the change but....did anyone notice that the old programs will still work? And also...this is just the first of trading improvments that they are doing? They might improve it and make it work for all tabs in the future.
Also nobody is forced to buy premium tabs here, just get going with Acquisition or Procurement like you did before and stop whining. |

" The definition of Pay2Win is having to buy things with real money to WIN at the game. Not to play it, to win at it. I have already bought normal tabs because that's what I needed. Never needed a premium one. I, like many people, just didn't want scroll bars in my stash, and have exactly 10 tabs.
