First Wave of Trade Improvements

It seems like the tab-wide pricing works by overriding the tab name, is there anyway to have a tab wide price while maintaining a custom-named tab?

THIS...
please, i really don't wanna spam my stash bar with 10 buyouts tab, as awesome as this change is, having 10 tabs named ~b/o 1 chaos, ~b/o 2 chaos, ~b/o 1 exalt instead of "1c, 2c, 3c, 10c, 1ex" is going to be so annoying and such a waste of time browsing through tabs..

So what you are saying is that if I don't have any premium stash tabs, I can't sell stuff anymore?

no it only means that you will be required to use 3rd party software IE, acquisition, procurement etc

As long as it is supported. Authors of 3rd party software have no obligations to continue supporting it and no incentive either because game offers it's own way to list items.
Even tho I have 16 premium stash tabs (which is more than enough for my trading) I feel this is slightly wrong.

I started playing this game a long time ago and it had the best of both worlds; good & hard ARPG and F2P with, in the words of Chris Wilson, ethical microtransactions. Absolutely NOTHING is behind a paywall, now don't get me wrong, I can see this is as an extra incentive/functionality for premium stash tabs but for new people that come into the game this changes nothing.

If I'm new to the game I'll end up noticing that I have two options, I buy premium stash tabs to trade with people efficiently OR I have download a software that I have to give my credentials to.

I think people that really want to trade with others efficiently already drop a decent amount of $ to have enough stash tabs to publish everything they want to. Why make it "worse" for some people's pockets?

For others that already supported the game and bought a lot of regular stash tabs, this is another money spent on the game just to be able to trade they way "it should be". With this changes you set a new standard, you show that it can be done with the client and not having to have another software open, with your login credentials AND uncomfy refresh to check where the stuff is.

For some of us, we feel way better when we spend money on a game because we think the company deserves it. Not when we feel "forced" to, even if it is the slightiest.

PS: I still love you GGG, and I still think you're one of the best companies out there in their support and monetization systems. It's just that this change feels SO not GGG
1st. Gj GGG at least it is not an auction house. (but secretly still want one ahem.)

2nd. For everyone saying it's P2W GGG said that not everyone is comfortable using 3rd party programs or that they weren't user friendly to some. You don't get that much of an advantage over other players that use Acquisition or Procurement.

3rd. To those that say kids can't afford stash tabs. If these kids are walking around smartphones but can't afford stash tabs to "SUPPORT" GGG then there is something wrong.

4th. If GGG was to give out stash tabs even just 1 I say everyone has to work for it and do a full clear all the way from Normal-Merciless Quest-line.

5th. P2W or not GGG does still need people to buy MTX, stash tabs, etc. to stay in business so why are you complaining if your still playing the game and enjoying it? I suppose Cellphones, cars, houses, food, water, internet, etc. that is all P2W since it improves quality of real life huh? I feel sorry for the players sitting at Starbucks because the only had enough money to afford a cheap laptop to play POE.
well its like drugs you should give everyone a small stash tab like 1-3 big items (little taste) then sell bigger stash tabs
Hi, just wanna plugin our on-going project:

Amazing!

I may start to sell my items for real now without all that hassle from the 3rd party software.

I don't udnerstand why people call it P2W. I mean... can't u really spend 5$ to upgrade your stock tabs? I never knew so many poor people were playing this game, LOL.

Well clearly its visible that u donated some strong packs so u dont give a crap about wasting 300$ on game where in most East eu countrys for example its monthly payment. I donated like 200$ and now im forced to buy another thing to "stay with the competition" or lose my time. The point also is that GGG went in the wrong dirrection. later on can we expect even more expensive addons if its totally fine with this one?
I need 10 premium tabs for example its another 15$ now , 15$ there and thats how we roll
How can anyone find this p2w is beyond my comprehension.
Some people will still have to use procurement/ make a forum post, some will skip that part.Wow such a "difference",couple of minutes lost..however can you live after that ordeal ?(that you've been doing just fine till now anyway in keeping up shops/posting in trade chat)
And like somebody else said, if you don't have a measly 1.5$ to upgrade a tab to access a fully optional feature, oh boy you have problems buddy.
this is amazing.

the hate is silly, the price of a pack of tabs is less than most retail games, im sure you all found a few coins for skyrim or whatever else you play. The game exists because people pay GGG money, bottom line.

They could change everyones 4th tab to premium, thats fair, but I wouldnt go any further than that tbh. The work these guys put in, how good the game is, what we get out of it, they deserve the money, this game deserves to be funded and continue going. I hate the 'entitled' tag that goes around now days but rly guys, welcome to the real world. Its an ugly, immoral, capitalist hell, theres no need to shit on people who are actually going out of their way to be fair where they can while still being able to function within the reality of the world we live in.
GG GGG
GG GGG
GG GGG

Also people will be purchasing more premium tabs now :)
