Hmm, sounded good until you got to the "orb of augmentation" recipe. Turning in a rare, a blue, and white gets me that orb?
People barely use those, and for sure dont trade them.
Makes me wonder exactly how lucrative turning in stuff really is. Guess we will see. Because if it takes me far longer to juggle inventory and town runs as it does to just keep farming for tradable items, i dont see myself using it much and just tossing stuff.
Orbs now have more uses (due to other recipes and trading possibilities) than they did in the past.
One thing to consider when pricing the rewards for recipes is how much people could abuse them if they tried to farm junky rares to hand in for the orbs.

If we gave you guys a big list of them and said "that's all of them", then players completely miss out on the feeling of experimentation with the chance of finding something new that no one else knows for a time.
Well, that's going to apply to an incredible minority of players.
You should hold a recipe finding race on the legacy league. Whoever can use their wealth to find all 33 recipes the fastest wins.

I want to know what the offer for 1 of each orb (including mirror) is. Someone with a mirror needs to try it

Oh I get you on the abusing, just already people are only trading alchemy and fusing in my experience, and everything else basically for your use only.

Secret recipes really don't strike me as something that has a point.
Community WILL find them, and community WILL have a list of them up. Why do the whole dance?
You even acknowledge this, so why do it?
It's fun for the community to figure them out :)

Like any game, different people enjoy different aspects of PoE. Experimenting to find new recipe combinations is something that the majority of people probably aren't interested in but there are people that really enjoy this sort of thing. For those that do take the time to discover some of these recipes, the payoff can be very worthwhile.

Cool stuff!
I think it's nice that it's secret to begin with. :-)

What you should do is have the secret recipes randomized on a per-character basis. The complexity of the randomization would force the player to figure out the secrets themselves, rendering any wikis useless.
Think outside the box to be successful.
