I think the biggest problem with these boxes is that you get multiple mtxs of the same type you will most likely or certainly never use.

Normally the desired option here would be to gift them to friends but since this could be exploited I have another suggestion.

Make a gift repository where we can gift mtx we don't need. Then these gifts can go to random players who can actually use them. Perhaps implement some rules so that active players will get them (so that they will not end up into an account that is inactive and the person will never use it)

From the other hand, this may have some cost to implement and it may also mean, that some people would get an mtx without paying for it (while otherwise they would be motivated to spend points to buy them) so most likely this will never be implemented, but I thought of sharing it anyway.

Actually, letting us (as players) make the price-pool for a 1-week event or something might be a cool way of doing this. Maybe everyone who enters has to/can put one item in?
