Okay! I had to edit my post here, i did some math's and gambled more.

I got

18 northern
12 crystal hideout
7 grasp
6 nova
2 spear
5 aa
9 snow
1 gloves
4 portals
3 crone
2 skull
1 footprints
1 weapon
2 pets
76 x 15 = 1140 points

If i pick the ones i like and count the points to buy them i would have paid 1410 points, so i saved 270.

So the gamble paid out but still left a bitter taste. I will def. rethink my next purchase GGG

Winter theme is cool indeed. I dont believe I will get anything cool but will still buy few of them because 1.50e for one isnt that bad.

250 $ spent.... still no full set 2 x helm... 3 x boots 1 gloves.... no chest

Gambling aside, which I knew that this was gambling and tried my luck, I did get some decent bang for the approximate 800 points I spent:



So I guess point-wise I made out like a bandit, and that's not including the Northern Lights, Ice Crystals, and other things that I got. HOWEVER...HOWEVER...two things that really irritate me about this:

1. STILL CANNOT ORGANIZE MY FREAKING MTX STASH! For a game that relies so heavily on MTX for income, this is something that should've been done yesterday. My stash is a MFing mess (and not magic find for all your smartasses just drooling to type out something snarky) and I can't organize it, NOR CAN I STACK ITEMS! This should've been one of the first things that GGG prioritized, or at least now it should be really high on their list to do because this is beyond stupid at this point. Basic stash organizing and sorting of their bread and butter MTX stuff should be doable.

2. I got two or three additional Arctic Portal effects along with the original one I have. WTF am I supposed to do with them? Taking up space looking like giant virtual paperweights...would love to be able to gift them to my friends, or trade them back into the shop for some compensation of points. And no, not asking for full value, but at least SOMETHING, please.

Otherwise...shoulda read a little bit closer that the armour set wasn't actually going to be exclusive and just a little shame on GGG for the marketing crap and the way it was presented. Granted, you didn't get any extra money from me, just burned some points and still have some left, but really...next time put the relevant info at the top where it belongs and don't make it sound like this is a 'once-in-a-lifetime opportunity'. Again, I will take responsibility for my actions, but that still doesn't mean I won't call a spade a spade and warn others...BUYER BEWARE AND READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!

Not falling for this. Didn't fall for any of the previous gambling boxes either.

Honestly, I just hate the way you guys do these. I would much rather you jack the price up to, say, 50 or 60 points, and give us a much better chance of the higher tier items.

The drops are so weighted I feel really bad for the people who spent 2000+ and ended up with a bunch of stormcloud AAs... so dumb.

I get that gambling is gambling, but we can still complain about the approach and question the odds.

And LOL at consumables. Dumbest thing I ever saw. If I could just buy a bunch of snow and ice crystals I'd honestly give you guys another $30, but I'm not buying into this crap.

They are really just meant for buying a few of them. But god damn it's so tempting...

I'm done though, ~700 points + wolf worth of individual stuff for 255 points spent, I'm fine with this...and hope my self control lasts.

Whining aside, I really dig the Northern Light Effect.
Any chance we get to see a permanent version to use as a hideout decoration?

I don't mind trading in my 20 stacks for a perm one XD
