Build will work either way, but you will have lower proc chance because of lost accuracy. "Hit's Cant be Evaded" is used almost by every good CoC build just because it gives you 100% hit chance, deleting one variable from equation:

CoC Proc % chance = CoC Chance * Accuracy * Crit chance.

Leaving you with:

CoC Proc % chance = CoC Chance * Crit chance.

For reference current Mjolnir has 30% chance to proc spells.

For CoC with 60% accuracy and maxed rest of stats, you are still getting 40% chance to proc spells. Which is still more than Mjolnir.

I see no point in doing it, but if you feel the need to add blind to the setup, do so :)

nice build and guide. I will play this in Talisman League (unless you think it's not a good choice). What level of cast when damage taken is the optimum?

How do u seggest the path in the tree during the lvling process? Is it possible to get a lvl 20 tree - 40 - 60 etc

Well you dont need GG staff. only 8.5% crit. When you acquire enough currency you can upgrade it further. ( just dont craft further something crappy - look for stats in section "How to craft GG staff)

Ill run generic cyclone build before transition to CoC. Scion has terrible quest rewards for anything else and i dont want to roll 2 characters just for gems.

But it would be nice to have some starter gems like fire trap and fire totem from mara/shadow. Pity Searing Bond is Marivel reward.
