Did it have to be blue, or a specific color? Why not white, similar to detonate mines.....

Curse on Hit is blue, Enlightens blues, the majority of Aura passives are in the top half of the tree by heavily INT related areas as are curse nodes. See the theme?

this is by far my favorite gem to come out since cast on crit.

I made a dozen characters playing Cast on Crit, always coming up with new ideas.

I can see this gem is gonna suck up alot of my winter.
so many ideas already.
This is insane. Though curse immune monsters will always be the drawback.

Does that "only applies to friendly auras" only mean for auras using blasphemy or ALL auras? If it means all auras I am really gonna be Bummmed. It means my RF maurader who I'v had for over a year now and is my favorite char of all the ones I have is royally screew if aura effect will no longer get his purity of fire high enough :(

Most likely the aura effect passives will be reworded to reflect that they will apply to all auras affecting friendly targets (that would include yourself). Curses don't affect friendly targets and thus won't benefit from those nodes.

Before, we had:
1) Auras -> affecting friendly entities
2) Curses -> affecting enemies

Now we have:
1+2) as above
3) Aurified curses -> affecting enemies, but behaves otherwise like an aura
Crit happens.

This one sounds good but very broken, really don't think this is a good idea
