It's actually even better for physical defense since enfeeble reduces the damage dealt before the armour mitigation formula is applied. A simple example is a character with 10k armour and 5 endurance charges and a monster hitting for 3000 raw damage. We'll assume they can't afford LC or Taste of Hate to simplify calculations.

Without Enfeeble: 3000*(1-10000/(10*3000+10000)-.04*5) = 1650 actual damage received.
With Eneeble: (3000*.7)*(1-10000/(10*(3000*.7)+10000)-.04*5) = 1002 actual damage received.
Fortify applies after everything else and would scale both cases down by 20%.

That difference approaches 1/.7 = 42.8% more effective HP as hits become infinitely large. It's also much smaller against bosses due to curse effectiveness. The only situation where Enfeeble isn't absolutely amazing is unique boss one-shot mechanics, where it is still roughly 15% more effective HP in the above example.

wow, as big as the radius is on curses this will be used a lot. with increased AoE it's almost the whole screen, though the multiplier will be a b****.

Don't get me wrong. In specific cases its rly good like enfeeble...
But mostly, its a lot worse than EVERY CoH setup. :/

Interesting point would be curse immune mobs... does it bypass that? it would be worth it then. ^^
