One-month Flashback Events: Progress and Feedback

I love having beyond mobs roll on maps. But... every single map.. gawd it gets old. Nearly everyone I speak to seems to agree. I know I can 'nut up', but... ya know. Just tiring.

I have had more fun in this 1 month league, than any other, simply because every week is a different experience. It's like 4 leagues combined into one.
Going to go ahead and say that beyond mods are fun and rewarding... I dont find them taxing at all and my computer (6 year old dual core factory Hard Drive) handles it without issue.

Just saying.

I'm so excited to see what balance decisions are made after analyzing map drops and usage from a league with a pile of overlapping bonuses. Also super keen to see feedback about T11+ map drops being fine based on a league with every bonus from every temp league going on at once. Can't wait. Playing standard will be super after this.
Never underestimate what the mod community can do for PoE if you sell an offline client.
i love all the info n this post and the updates on the current state of the league, love to see these in the future.
i love flashback - it would be even better, if we had all the mods, all the time.
squeezing our map system into tiers seems like a d3 move - right now, this adds nothing other than confusion - if there would be a good reason to make map tiers at later point in time, it might be a good choice

right now map drops are still too random, too spiky - had maps with 120 quant + 30 packsize and no map returns - had randon 60 quant maps, no packsize, with multiple highmap drops
- the numer of monsters spawned in these maps seems to vary a lot (maps with +30 packsize have less mobs than the same base map with no packsize; similar quantity)

bosses should have a higher chance to drop maps - high risk, no real reward (random rares, most of the time not even that many) - same with beyond monsters dropping no maps at all, not even those hard bosses (exiles? invasion bosses?) - risk vs reward

mapmods in general should have their packsize mods adjusted - like double ele dmg mods not giving another bonus - stacking damage as map mods in general makes the content harder, but yields no "significant" return, compared to the difficulty

and now imagine, you would start this game with no real knowledge - your build is bad, your gear is bad too, because you have no real idea how important life / res is - IF you could do the normal content and get to maps, there would be ...

as your statistics show, those 10% seem to do fine - what about the other 90%
is there something you can do to make them play more, and have more fun with this game
its a hard game, but the randomness in acessibility to the GAME (= progressing through maps) is sometimes unnecessarily frustrating

we have come a long way - the journey continues
keep up the good work

I would also like to thank GGG for making Beyond a central part of this event. I have a feeling that this was the last time we were allowed to experience Beyond in all its glory seeing how the QQ-machine has now focused on it and will inevitably lead to it being nerfed in all future incarnations.

RIP Beyond, you were the most fun this game had to offer.

This one month league has certainly been a lot of fun and I can't wait to play the next. I'm still learning and meeting people who've helped me a long the way, there's a good community around this game and it's one of the reasons I play it often.

You guys are doing a good job and congrats to the top 10 players who have reached level 100!

Flashback is challenging and rewarding, especially during weekends ("teh loot, oh my God, teh loot!").
But I have to admit that I find Beyhond demons too intrusive. I mean, every time a trigger a Rampage I'm sure I'll meet some of them, and I was already forced twice to give up an instance because of them (appearing together and Exile, a corrupted zone boss, a shrine and maybe with a negative tempest occurring).

So, guys, great job, as always, but I'm sure I won't miss Beyhond (and Rampage, as we're here) :D
