Currently L31 next is dom normal. Don't have much time to play it. So much more effective. Just looked up some other IW builds. They all go into the Duelist tree, which I think is inefficient. If you're ending up with Doon, you want IPS somewhere. The best IW incinerate build I've seen is anapoe's, and this is his tree. BL might be more effective than arc. But you have to aim it if you don't use GMP. Arc is autoaim and only requires a 4L. Tried this in the new dankshrine league. Got to level 89. Shame the dps is so low with all the magic find gear. haven't been lucky on drops so wasn't able to get The Brittle Emperor cards. Jewl+fuse likely made extra 5ex (just because i had no issues with socketing and linking my chests over and over).
