Developer Questions and Answers
1) Why did you decide to make new boss areas so small? It makes these strategies almost impossible:
- run away to regen or recharge es (i could complete vaal temple only because of es recharging after each hit. was looong fight, but some kind of fun) - hide to wait some spells/effects disappear (compare gmp academy boss, when you can hide from tornadoes with gmp malformation piety) These strategies aren't OP, because they are time consuming 2) In last developer manifesto (Master Crafting Metamods) you said "and then "and "It looks like you reward misleading even more than being clever. Also in recent case (expensive meta mods) you must also be rich, not only clever to be rewarded. Is "rich clever person who misleads others" that type of player who you want to reward? |

Is there any plans on showing in-game stats of our minions Like all the other skills in the character screen?
It's way harder to build a summoner when you don't have numbers to see the effects of the support gems you put and how much damage and life your minions have. GGG, you are awesome! Keep on the good work on this amazing game. |

As a developer I've got a question that bothers me for years.

Firstly one "non-standard question"
How is your day going? Well I hope. Then 2 game related questions. 1> Do you feel that with all the cool league content that has been added (strong boxes, corrupted areas, rouge exiles, ghosts, bloodlines, shrines, etc) are you concerned that the extra content is starting to get saturated and is possibly taking away from the main game play more than it is adding? 2> Have you ever thought adding fun map mods that might make the map a little easier for some builds or just fun and different that could have penalties to quantity, rarity, and/or xp to make up for them? Some ideas could include player has increased move speed, monsters have 50 size but normal stats, all mobs have a mini-me (clone mob that is 25% f the size and stats of the original), Increased or decreased light, all chests and containers contain a mob instead of loot, the player and all mobs have a bright red clown nose and shoes, or even one like all drops have 100% increased rarity and 200% decreased quantity. Anything that is more fun or different than challenging. It itches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever thought of adding the ability for players, to try out other peoples characters?
It could work a little like pvp. You ask someone if they want to try your char, or if they will allow you to try theirs. Then you get to some arena with random monsters of a chosen lvl. The monsters give no exp, and drop no items, and if you die, the character you are borrowing will loose no exp, and will not be sent out of hardcore. This way, players trying out a sucessfull build, have the ability to show their friends what they like about the build, rather than just telling them some numbers. I dont think this would have a negative effect on peoples urge to try out new builds. It will only make it easier to compare them to others. |

I would like some official response to the now many FPS complaints on the forums for users with high end machines (I'm one of them). I have a i7 3770 with 4 core HT, 32GB RAM, SSD, GTX980STRIX with 4GB and still POE have a FPS that jumps up and down between 30 to 120 with common spikes down to 5-15 when assets get loaded in (boxes or mods like 'Mark of Cannibalism') or ground effects are present.
These complaints have come in steadily since 2.0 release but none of them gets any official answer... are you aware of them, can you reproduce it, working on it? Can you at least say something... Personal feedback thread: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1345148

Hey GGG, best devs best game of all time tyvm for your efforts! I'm just wondering when next race season is coming :P
