Assuming you are playing an Elementalist. Survivability - Stop using Anger - It reserves up 50% mana. Every time you cast a second totem you are risking the Infernal Mantle 100% increased spell damage taken when low mana (below 35%). Put Fortify in your Whirling Blades. Except the Maligaro's, none of your gear has 20% Quality. 20% Quality all your armor. DPS Get rid of The Consuming Dark. It was great before the nerf, now I use it to pick my teeth with after eating. I can save on toothpicks. Get a dagger like the ones I posted for Falco111 on page 46. You can also follow the same gem suggestions I have posted for him (listed below). Get rid of Empower - Useless before level 3. 4 preferred. Your 5L should be, Flame Totem Controlled Destruction Elemental Focus Increased Critical Strikes Fire Penetration when you 6L add, Faster Casting I cannot see your tree so I cannot comment. The changes listed + the gear I see (@ level 69) should put you in the 8 to 12k DPS range for a 5L. If not, then I will need to see your tree to break it down further. Your build is specialized. I am not that familiar with a Chaos Immune build. Your BP is your biggest weakness. A 4L Mantle should give you close to the same DPS. It looks like the rest of your gear is ES based. I understand why but you are losing DPS by not having a Maligaro's Your tree is the same. A lot of nodes for ES. You are missing some key DPS nodes. Get rid of Added Lightning. Weak Gem. Put in Faster Projectiles or Empower 3/4. Except FT you need to 20/20 all your gems Level 20 FT will give you will boost your DPS by about 2-3k. Level 21 will add another 3k. Sorry I cannot offer more, I am not an expert on your build but I have to admit it looks awesome. EDIT - I forgot to mention that the BP will give you 500 more base ES so you might be able to move some passives or worse case you will have a ton of ES. Survivability. Available for 1 Chaos on PoE trade. http://poe.trade/search/anoobakanakare It basically beats most anything unless you get lucky or start crafting. As stated above, spend the 1 Chaos & get the weapon. It should blow your DPS out the door. Your tree is not optimized right now. Change your tree to the one posted above. It is still using the same amount of points. You will have a respec a lot however it will should add an insane amount to you DPS with Shaman's Dominion & Shamistic Fury. Assuming you are not playing an inquisitor, Your 5L should be, Flame Totem Controlled Destruction Elemental Focus Increased Critical Strikes Fire Penetration when you 6L add, Faster Casting 21/20 Faster Casting is > Empower level 3. I just tested it. Faster Casting gives me 2k more DPS. If you have level 4 however that is a different story. I actually prefer Faster Projectiles. It is a loss of about 4k base DPS but worth it because I do not die as often. The range helps a lot. Keep in mind your Fire Penetration does not show up on DPS Tooltip. It makes a big difference.  Remove the 1 Int / Dex. This gives you 1 more passive to play with. Tree looks good otherwise.

 As long as your resists are over 75 you have a good base. HP/ES should hover around 3500/2K if possible. Now it is just a matter of looking at items as they drop & see if they are an upgrade. You can add 1 more stat to your diamond ring. Elreon (Blessing Font) should be able to give you something. You need to add life to your boots / head gear.
