Your amulet is good, but very bad for this build. Get an amulet with Crit chance, crit multi and other useful stats, something like :

Having a hard time deciding on the best combination of main and offhand items based on what I have below. Is the extra life and ES from the wand/shield combo worth the dps loss for the dual wands. Is 100 chaos conversion from consuming dark worth the loss of fire pen? Are there any master mods Ive added that should be switched up (cast speed for spell damage etc). Any input would be appreciated.
Dual wands setup - 28k tooltip , 33 crit chance, 495 multiplier, 3160/1863 Life/ES Dual Sceptres - 25k tooltip, 40 crit chance, 473 multiplier, same life/es Consuming Dark - 25k tooltip (swapped fire pen for empower 2), 43 crit chance, 473 multiplier Wand from above and one of these two shields - 25k tooltip , 33 crit chance, 495 multiplier, 3346/2187 Life/ES |

So is this updated with new or same gems? And new passive tree?

" I would go with Gale Goad in all combinations. For maximum dps I would go Gale Goad and I'm guessing Wrath Weaver For maximum mobility I would go Vortex Spiker and Gale Goad, then you can use Whirling Blades. For maximum defense I would go Gale Goad and Vengence Spell. I personally don't like Consuming Dark, but with the poison changes I would at least test it. 3.3 RF Trickster SSF HC guide :
