So if we're talking about Acuity, it makes sense to compare them to legacy malis + vaal pact.

Acuity has a good bit of life (70), good bit of int (80) and good crit chance (30). 80 int is 16% ES, and 70 life will be multiplied by 100% so overall we get about 150 life + 200 ES from it.

With the 4 points we save, we can probably make up for the loss of DPS from 45% crit multi + 5% as on legacy maligaros. We can grab a jewel, or more spell damage at witch start.

Now the main issue is single target leech. The reason I'm considering single target is because multi-target is never an issue, our damage and leech will always be fine if there are multiple targets. But what about the tough single targets? Well according to my calculator discharge's crit chance will be about 45%, but let's say 50% to make it easier and give acuity the benefit of the doubt.

I would estimate that our DPS against single target is around 200k (based on comparing my killspeed vs a mirrored reaver with conc effect against Core Malachai). With Acuity our leech (2% LL gem + 1% WM after boss curse resist) is 200k*0.03*0.5+0.2*5k=4k ES/sec. With mali's+VP our leech is 200k*0.03=6k ES/sec.

So in the end it's 50% more leech/sec with Mali's vs 350 combined EHP with Acuity. I personally choose the leech/sec, and I do think it's better overall.

I pvp just for fun, and I kill full pvp specs in sarn arena occasionally. If you unspeced bloodless I would occasionally kill you too.

Also I might be missing something but what am I supposed to see in your other builds?

What green gem would you suggest replacing ice Nova with? Only one that comes to mind is EK.

Why would you replace Ice Nova with a green gem? Anyways EK is the only green spell that does any damage. Other options are blind for safety (ice nova is used for the freeze/chill ~ safety) or added cold damage, but that would mess up EE.

My Volls is +1 max res and I don't want to rechrome it because I use it on 2 or 3 other characters with those colors.
