The fireborn jewel, those passives are withen it's radius so they're converted from +phys to +fire damage, which in turn makes them perfect for a build that's doing pure fire damage.

Thank you for answering even stupid questions :) i just realised you explained that in the skill tree toggle, which i just opened once to get access to the tree and never really read through. im a lazy person i fear. it all makes sence now.

It's Yordle's build, not mine, I just happen to be a fan of it and played it for a bit and keep an eye on the thread.

How long is the duration of frenzy charges with the darkray vectors? In the video it seemed to be 10s which was a bit more than I was expecting.
Im building a character for this build currently (Scion though), already got oro's, fireborn and daresso's ready. I'm just a bit hesitant of the boots. I think I'd prefer just using triple resist+life+30% movement speed boots and then maybe use surgebinders for example.

But maybe it's too weak then without the extra dodge?

10.5~ish seconds with Darkray. I was surprised as well! With three "frenzy duration" nodes you actually get a bit more than normal duration, even with the boots on. Charges also refresh on ignites, unlike "kill" of Blood Dance and Blood Rage (and at 100% chance, instead of 20~30%) so they are always up :)

I'd say, use the boots. 2 frenzy charges is 8% more damage and 8% attack speed and 8% evasion (through a passive node) - and at max frenzy charges, 20% dodge and 50% move speed! It's definitely a little frustrating not having the speed up all the time, but when you start going, you really start going.

Also any idea's what would be the next best dps aura after Anger? I will be playing a lot with a friend who's using elemental equilibrium+righteous fury so Anger would mess up his damage. I guess grace+haste would be best alternative then?

/edit: finally got to lvl38 and was able to link multistrike and chain to frost blades and gotta say that suddenly it doesnt feel that great anymore for some reason. Somehow the projectiles and limited number of targets started bugging me now that the dmg went down with new supports...
Considering using something else such as maybe wild strike for example.. Tested it and atleast at this level it cleared faster and felt a bit more fun maybe.

Yea, you can't really level with chain frost blades effectively. It's meant for late game with all your gear, passives and other supports in play + the large pack sizes in merc/maps. It won't feel right until then. You can replace it with faster attacks and it levels quite well - I still prefer a bow skill or spec throw for leveling, though.

As for running with your EE+RF friend, your insanely long range chaining projectiles will probably seriously mess up his EE, so I'm not sure how well that will go...but yea, haste is the only decent DPS alternative - it will be a DPS loss for sure, but you will manage.
Yordle, i just wanted to say thanks for the effort and build concept and such a well put together thread.

I'd always wsanted to try a oro's sacrifice build and just came back to the game for this warbands league after a long break.

I started one as my second toon after doing a MF summoner to get some cash together.

I managed to 6-link my oro's sacrifice with about 220 fusings while trying to 5 link it...surprise, my first 6 link ever that i created.

Workin through level 88 now, still goin on 75/76 maps now in warbands. Improved the gear some more, bought frenzy vectors etc.

The mighty Oros is viable finally :D Ive been w8ing for such build since introduction of Oros. Tried my own builds with the sword, but most were failures. Thanks to 2.0 :D
Oros was the only reason i kept playin, now i can rest in peace :<

As usual your builds are right up my alley (I used the guts of your old Storm Call build to level a Lightning Tendrils witch to 80 in the Torment/Bloodlines 1m league, and I'm planning to do something along the lines of your old Frenzy bow in 2.1). I have an unspecced shadow who's almost high enough level to use Oro's, I may have to play with this a little before the patch just for the fun of it even though I already have a long-term Oro's build (Flicker, on a witch).
