So first of all, I love this build... I'm new to the game but not the genre. I was looking for a fun effective and cheap build and this seemed all that. On my first and only char my witch is now level 60 and going through merciless and it's a breeze! Have a couple questions -
- Why do you recommend to only level Cast When Damage Taken to 9 and Immortal Call to 11? I'm sure there's a good reason for it, I just can't discover it myself! - Am I safe in levelling every other gem to max level? Except for maybe Lightning Warp? Correct me if I'm wrong, but levelling Lightning Warp just increases the damage and mana cost - so there's no point if we're not using it for damage, right? My main problem now is finding the gear. Since I'm a new player the whole economy is confusing to me. I have a decent grasp of lower orbs, chaos and exalted worths, and already have 20 or so chaos. But I don't have a clue how to valuate gear at all. So when I ask for gear I have no idea if someone is trying to rip me off with their valuation! But I guess that's for another thread! |

" 1. Cast When Damage Taken is set to level 9 coz it will proc @1221 Damage Taken and it only support Level 1 - 54 of Supported Skills. @ Level 11 Immortal Call Level Requirement is 54 so it will be activated by CWDT 2. For me I maxed out Lightning Warp for more cast activation speed coz @Level 20 its Duration is Reduced @38% Plus linked with Faster Casting and Reduced Duration |

" The level you decide to set your CWDT is dependent entirely on how much life you have. And the increase in IC duration is so minor per level that really its not worth leveling it at all past level 1 unless you have A LOT of life. At 6k life I still prefer mine at level 1 just so it procs more often | |
" You will need to self cast enduring cry with this build, it's not to much work and gives you something to do while waiting for the totems to kill everything :P |
