Thinking that better tiers would never be added was a downright silly thing to do.

There was absolutely no basis for thinking that would be the case.

Due to short supply, the price in mirrors and eternals will likely rise over time, leading more to a "new high" in prices rather than tanking the prices of old mirrored content. Drop rates of comparable goods will still be incredibly rare, if not nonexistent. I'm not particularly worried about the value of my mirrored glyph mark.

Folks with money on Standard have been prepping for this for a long time. Eternals have jumped from 4ex to 6ex over the last few months. Mirrors have jumped from 170ex to 220ex, or thereabouts, give or take a small margin on both.

I'm relatively indifferent toward the change. New gear could be interesting. I just hope that the unique items scale appropriately to keep up with the new rare items.

Uniques will be scaled a touch to compensate in power level, right?

Sounds like you gambled on PoE staying exactly the same for the next 5 years and that would be so boring. Change is good.

Glad to see a little more explanation here.

Projected Force removal is so sad! I really hope that comes back with the same flavor.

I understand crafter anger with the new mods, but I think most people will enjoy the additions.
