While I love Ice Skills, I can't help but think that this is no more than a reskinned Ice Nova... I hope it has some interesting Mechanic to differentiate it.

Judging by the use of a 2h mace and the name "crash" I'm guessing its essentially a mix of ice nova and leap slam, which is pretty neat.
