I just wanted to say, after playing the game for two years, thank you for fixing desync. It's the one major flaw that is holding it back from being my favorite RPG of all time. Looking forward to many years of PoE. |

Well since it obviously looks like a circular AoE I'm going to guess this is akin to Dom's/Voll's AoE smash, which probably has a duration mechanic too it.
