My theory is that the 10/12 number indicates The Archdemon is the 10th card of a 12 card set for The Harvest. The Harvest is either the unique, which is awarded once you have the full set, or(more likely in my opinion) an advanced map that can be generated with the full set of cards.

It also might be a new uber if we go that way, like the set of keys of Diablo 2 for uber ... set of cards for different uber monsters

It would be insane if cards are introduced to the game and each set represents access to an different uber monster. The card has the symbol / uber monster art. And GGG can design different ubers and add the respective cards to the game. That would actually be a trading card game cause cards would be traded for complete sets to access those uber monsters. Sounds very interesting.

OMG the thought has just occurred to me...
Much like Final Fantasy 8, the best FF game to date. Is PoE making an ingame CARDGAME :O where you can play against peeps for "fun" or whist wagering currency......now that would be damn epic!!!! GG GGG! Existence is infinite, a weave of live and dead, beyond the understanding of the many mortal threads.
