The Low-life ring is fine, but not tremendously OP.
movement speed is fine, but not necessary. low life radius... we'll see how that goes. still skeptical :p
The only thing great about it is the unlucky mod, but only builds with extremely high defense will benefit from it, and let's face it, most shavronne builds are glass cannons.
If anything, a rare chaos res ring with +40 int (which provides 8% incr. maximum ES), +ES and some other useful stat mod or cast speed mod will end up being more useful.
The gloves aren't OP. Look at the gloves. added lightning gem support. Who will use that? Only Ele Cleavers, and even then the mana cost multiplier on added lightning is huge. Most ele cleavers don't even use added lightning anyway.
The gloves have low ES, no life, and nice DPS. Glass cannon gloves basically. Not the best in slot for the majority of builds. Just a select few

The lightning damage and increased shock will boost both ST and AoE significantly.
The added lightning support and shock duration will boost the ST and shock stacking high hp bosses will be a piece of cake, having mana/regen to fuel the AoE 6 link, the ST has loads of room.
The downside, though, is big for this build as the build is very life starved.
A good item with a fair trade off.
Also, the Gloves are a free 5L (with no added mana cost multiplier) for DW EleCleave builds using a Kaom's.
These Gloves are practically BiS for 90% of the top/popular builds right now, and quite frankly I'm surprised they are selling for ONLY 20Exalts.. (I half expected them to be 60Exalts, and stay that way..)

I'll explain how I think they are OP again and you can tell me your opinion on why they arn't.
1. Gloves are a 5 link.
2. Gloves make any build that uses lightning/shock twice as effective in stacking shock stacks. When we compare to what other elements give and especially what physical damage gives (er nothing) then these gloves offer alot of dps increase from the shock stacks alone. And it makes the damage needed to shock at all much less and despite that.....
3. The gloves give 1-100 lightning damage. Just to compare, thats like what 20 less lightning max damage than you'd find on a 2 handed weapon?
4. The gloves only downside is no life and lack of resistances. BUT - resistances can be easily found elsewhere so can pretty much forget that downside. So you lose 70-80 life equiping these.
5. They pretty much just made any amazing attack speed/ele damage rare gloves obsolete.

I think players who use Alpha Howl's and Kaom's Heart will probably give this pair of gloves a miss.
Point 4 is pretty much untrue. The life range on gloves is usually 80-90, and on a player with many life % nodes, that's easily 400-600HP lost.
Also, the elemental resistance will be crucial especially in high lvl maps with ele weakness and -max res. So comparing this new unique glove to a pretty decent rare glove with 10-15 IAS, 80-90 HP and two 40 res, that's so much you will be losing.
400-600 hp from passive? that will be like 400-500% life passive? where that come from? all life node in skill tree combined? resist is not a problem anymore when u got many high tri resist gear, i can sacrifice two piece of gear and still got 90% all resist

Indeed, LA rangers are gonna love these too, but they appear to have wander written all over them by design and give-take principle.
I mean, a well geared wander is ~guaranteed to proc shock. But duration being governed by enemy life, we have double duration and more lightning dmg in the gloves. Pretty much exactly what the build wants. Then, what is the weakness of the build? Life and, to a lesser extent, accuracy on ST. OK we gonna have some of that off you. Brilliant item imho.

No, I mean for players who stack those 8%-12% Life Nodes. That's pretty much a huge majority of players, especially rangers/marauders.
If you're a Alpha Howl and Kaom's Heart user, you'll only have boots, belt , ammy and rings to get resist on.
Assuming you have 20 All Res from ammy and both rings, that brings your res to 0 0 0 -60. Assuming you use boots with triple 40s(main 3 ele) and belts with triple 40s(main 3 ele), that is 80 80 80 -60. Sure, Alpha Howl's gives you 25-30 Cold Res, so that's pretty much the only res you will overcap. But let's not forget that those really good yellow gloves have 300-400 Armour. So that's easily 200-300 Armour lost as well if you use Thunderfist.
So in terms of both sustainability and DPS, a really well-rolled rare gloves with 1-20 dmg mod,, 15-16ias, 90 HP and dual 40 Res will still be better.
