There is no roll for evasion. It's a static defense. If you have 50% evasion ever other attack will miss you.

Neat ring. One of these days I'll have to give a low life build a go.

Makes me wonder though if we'll see mobs with the Lucky mod now/soon though. Ouch?

It rolls for the first attack per mob ;)

Yeah really curious at what point the new ring "Unlucky" effect takes place. Will it reroll crit, evasion, block, dodge? Or solely another dmg roll?

That looks pretty cool and it seems to give a good chunk of regen. I'm thinking it would be nice with a summoner.

The ring is good for low level characters who don't have to deal with the -60% penalty of Merciless. Both 10% elemental resistance and 22% chaos resistance are outclassed by mods found on other rings, and as for the unlucky modifier, your biggest risk remains chaos damage, which will for the most part be unaffected.
