- no EB - relying on mana reg, mana on hit and even vaal clarity for sustain. So far its good but i'll look into EB

So basically its about shattering all mobs on screen to gain frenzy charges and fuel my Vaal skills (chill of corruption and harvest jewels used) so I can get perma Vaal Grace and/or Clarity (clarity mainly for bosses to not run of mana accidentaly)
Heralds apply Poachers mark for more charges others goodies (flask charges and some life mana)
Only leech is from doryani belt and atziri flask which can be a bit risky but its doable if you use flasks properly.

Damage is about 30k discharge with 3endu 4frenz and 4power charges (80% chance to crit with discharge)

My dagger has cold damage, should I use Arctic Armour instead of Herald of Ice?
