You don't need ANY mana reduction, ES gain on hit, etc...
Use Vaal Clarity+INcreased duration, and just a bigger ES pool, and you are good.

Vaal Clarity makes ur skills not cost anything for ~17.3seconds, during whish your ES is regenerating.
The time u rare half thru ur ES-pool, you have Vaal clarity up and running again !

THIS IS MEGA IMBA !

If you are really in trouble, just use 2x vaal clarity et voila !

guys i want to run this build from start of new league. It is good idea? I mean Rats nest with COC , Maligaro with curse or even volls devotion with additional curse look veeeery expensive. Any ideas how to run this build at start of new league and make some money to buy those sickly expensive items?

I wouldn't try it :)

Btw i got a nice tip from a buddy. Diamond flask is totally op with this build.

how the singeltarget dps with out a voll devotion, and what can we do to help the singletarget dps with out voll?!

what are the chances of this build being nerfed? looking for something fun and powerful to play next league and this has peaked my interest

I'm running the build in 1month league, I'd recommend it if you have a friend or two to play with.
Reason being the build is easy to get going, you only need 4L voll's chest piece that's worth like 1chaos. But at that gear level you will have huge problems killing rare monsters and bosses, so you need someone else to help you with those.
Now after about 2weeks I have voll's devotion and 5L armor, so depending on your drop luck you can get pretty OP even in 1months time
