Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page & POE 2 Arc Summary
@delyrious1: Awesome, thank you too!
@OGBrownie: There's no real way to explicitely farm most of these things. You can farm a 5L or 6L Staff, 6L Chest and Pledge of Hands through Divination Cards, but that's about it. If you play SSF, please orientate on the Crafting Advices i've added to each gearslot in the Rares section, Uniques will be pure luck in this case. If you don't play SSF, the best way is to just farm low tier maps or Act 9/10 areas for currency and buy the pieces one by one. twitch.tv/enkivt

" Can you make your character tab public to see what gear you have? |
|
woops i forget about this everytime, it's been made public
|
|
does that mean i would have to spend real money to get the items. Im still in act 3 and im looking ahead for what gear i should get and stuff and i feel really overwhelmed. people say that your build is good for new players to getting better understanding of the game and learn the game. I'm just wondering what would be the best way to learn from your build. This is my first character and currently i'm just in the "leveling this build section" and doing the things you said there and also just completing the maps and quest as well. I just need advice on how I should use ur build to get a better understanding of the game and learn to game. I'm really liking this game but i'm scared that you would have to pay real money to get better gear in the late game. sorry for the long msg. I just dont want to get more overwhelmed. please any advice would help.

@bakaro22: Tree and most gem links look fine, but there's lots of other stuff you can improve:
- Your Ball Lightning has no support gems. We use this skill for single target, since Arc is pretty bad in that regard. Get yourself atleast a 5L chest (or 5L Inpulsa's if you can afford) and put it with the proper links in there. - Flasks. Switch it to the recommended setup in gear section, this will heavily improve both survivability and damage. - Your jewels are pretty bad, you can buy better ones with life and a damage roll very cheap. - Consider switching to the Kitava's Thirst setup, this will give more Conductivity uptime, which will increase your overall damage output. While doing the gear switching, you can also try to fit in an Essence Worm + Wrath to get another damage boost. - The mastercraft on your Staff does nothing for spells. Just replace it with either Spell Damage, Cast Speed or Flat Lightning Damage to Spells. @OGBrownie: Don't worry, at no point you'll have to invest real money for game items, that is strictly against the rules and can get you banned. By currency i mean things like Chaos Orbs, Exalted Orbs etc. that will eventually drop, or that you can get through selling item drops. There's a small guide linked in the Beginner Section how to figure out what's sellable. You're still at a very low level where it's usually not needed to buy gear, you can just get by with drops. Only thing you could do is buying some leveling uniques, Goldrim, Lifesprig and Wanderlust are always good to have when leveling casters and should be really cheap to get. twitch.tv/enkivt

" Nah, the build is fine. I did HC without crafting or trading and am act 7 now, doing all the abyss stuff. for the first 3-4 acts I ran an additional flame totem and ele weakness instead of ball lightning which was comfortabel. kitava was a little close, but the rest is perfectly doable. flame dash is your friend. |

@Enki91 I'm looking at purchasing my 6L inpulsa's, I was just wondering if there's any particular stat rolls I should be favoring? I've noticed the one you show in your guide for your character has a pretty low roll on the bonus damage from static, but a max roll on the explosion. Is explosion worth favoring or did your chest piece just happen to work out that way?

" so once i change that stuff what should i expect my dps to be? i've been unable to upgrade my chest because i don't have enough strength for the lvl 19 rallying cry |
|
@perestain: Thanks for the feedback! Will be nice to see how far you get with this in HC.
@altairian: My priority order would be Explosion > Shock Effect > Life > Damage. The way the explosions work is it takes the shown percentage of a monsters life as base Lightning Damage, and then applies all global increased Lightning- & Elemental Damage % modifiers to that. With high enough monsters life that's usually enough to blow up rares or even bosses inside the pack, especially useful incase of Abysses and Breaches. And increased Monster Life mapmod is a straight up damage boost to this. @bakaro22: Hard to say, you could import your character into Path of Building and check how much each change affects the damage output. I would say your Arcs damage gain will be around the 30% mark, more with Vinktar and Wrath, but Ball Lightning will extremely profit from this and go from currently useless in your setup to being a reliable bosskiller. twitch.tv/enkivt
