@RenlyTheGayKing: Sorry for the late reply, glad you could find the issue in the meantime.
@Revolzer: The gems for Kitava's Thirst are listed in the gem section under the item-specific gem setups at the bottom. In this case it's Desecrate - Bone Offering - Conductivity - Molten Shell. For 20c you should be able to get a Pledge of Hands, Kitava's Thirst, Stone of Lazhwar, Fevered Mind, a random 5L chest and decent gear with the listed required stats to cap you on life and resistances. @cct5244: Nice, grats! Hello, I have been away from PoE for around four years. When I saw a 3.1 update has come, I decided that I needed to refresh my knowledge. So I searched for a beginner friendly guide and stumbled upon this. I have made it to level 12 so far and started messing in prison. I would like to thank you for your work.
Until now I don't have any problems, I even don't own Arc skill but Im going to try hard to enjoy this awesone game again :D Could you recommend me some lighting/electric filler skills, suitable with this build that will make me even more happy? Thanks for the feedback. I upgraded my boots and ring and got Essence Worm/Wrath and the Stone of Lazhwar. I am now saving for a 5L Inpulsa and looking primarily for an upgrade to belt jewel and some jewels for the tree.
I also need to get the last flask affixes in order. One thing though - I run out of mana in boss fights and Abyss depths (final chamber) due to MoM and can't really do without the hybrid flask. Even thinking about switching to a pure mana flask. I can't see myself switching to a Vessel of Vinktar. Any thoughts on this? Do I need to get mana leech from somewhere (I have 0 mana leech)? The build is a lot of fun in T4/T5 maps I'm currently running. Between Bone Offering in Kitava's and Inpulsa shock explosions, bodies are exploding everywhere :) |

Hello !
I would like to get some help. I always played with melee builds and wanted to try this witch build. From act 1 to 5, I did a lot of damage, it was fun, now entering act 6, even trash mobs give me some trouble. And bosses take way too long to kill ! I don't even have 2k dps on arc/ball lightning ... I have a pure levelling build (tabula etc...) and it was great for my other characters. But with this build, I feel weak :/ I tried with life leech support, but it doesn't do enough damage to give me some life. What can I do to get more dps ? Thank you |

@Guerre74: Try out Spirited Response, should help sustaining mana at bosses. The stronger alternative would be a Watcher's Eye with Wrath Leech, but that's pretty expensive.
@Ulkio: Act 6 is when the first resistance penalty kicks in, could be the reason why you have a hard time right now. Spells get their base damage with level, could be that yours are currently a bit underleveled. Just farm some easy zone to level them up and it should be fine. @Revolzer: An Elder Maelström Staff with Spellblock conversion and high Spell/Lightning damage + Cast Speed could be very good, would free up the amulet slot for something more damage-heavy. @Winchye: We need Necromancer for Bone Offering, otherwise this build won't work. twitch.tv/enkivt
