Is flicker really movement? They could either remove that label or decrease the damage slightly. Honestly though flicker has its own lot of issues and it could help make it more viable with a damage boost.

Well since this topic got bumped, and before a mod locks it, I feel inclined to post an idea inspired by this post:

It would be neat if there were a unique where movement speed increases/reductions affect your damage output (ie. +100% movement speed means +100% increased damage, or something). Nothing similar to this function comes to mind as already existing, but I could be wrong.

Obvious drawback would be the unique itself reducing your movement speed by an arbitrary amount. Would be useful in conjunction with Seven-League Step.

Oh come on, it was significant. It might get us the community unique. I don't see why GGG has abandoned this. Enough support and they may decide to reinstate the project
