Amulet

Gloves
1284 22.49%

Belt

I believe if you make another poll with just Belt and Amulet (this is how it should be really, for example I voted for gloves but I would have given a minus vote for Belt if I could had), amulet would get all the votes from gloves and flask.

How about an alternative to a chest for chaos damage does not bypass energy shield.

A fire based mjolner equivalent, but shield, that casts on block.

An ice based mjolner equivalent boot that casts your ice spells based on your movement.

How about a hat that applies one class of weapon-specific crits to another type of weapon.

How about a pair of gloves that applies life leech instantly on STUN of a certain duration, or would stun if target wasn't unwavering (atziri).

Diversify. Idk, there's serious lack of creativity in the year I've played about 1k hours. There needs to be at least 3 ways of doing every single thing. An option for every element. A method of every form of hybridisation, and a passive tree ONLY means of replacing any unique in the game.

Items are more content than actual content is

Damn I missed the vote.

Would have gone gloves I think. Some of my ideas.

- Gloves that enable you to dual-wield shields would have been cool. Could have somehow then linked this glove with the Shield Charge skill and somehow improved a skill not often used. Might have created a heap of scope for new builds too.
- Or gloves that enable like an 'energy shield clap' (similar to the microtransaction for Discipline with a translucent force field bubble that pops out when clapping your hands together).
- Gloves that allow you to throw a 'chain spike' (like Brutus) or maybe use the chain as a whip but don't allow weapon use with it.

I think gloves have a lot of scope to really run with unique ideas, whereas the others the focus will definitely be more focused on just creating a very OP item.

Two shields doesn't make any sense tho... would look really weird and stupid.

This was too short of a voting opportunity.
Can we get news posts for when new voting rounds come up so we know when they're happening?

Makes plenty of sense, this would enable creative builds using the current shields out there (and that are to come).
- May make some scope for a good Thorn's build, somehow utilise Tempest Shield more efficiently or people might actually use Spiked Shields?
- Allows people to focus on defense and the benefits that can be gained from shields (res, armour, es, eva, max res)
- Could create some sort of set-up to allow things to prox more often.
- May be able to utilise some spell dmg/crit dmg.
and there are plenty more ideas too.
I must also agree that dual shielding would be an awesome thing! I really hope that GGG make it happen one day ...

dual shielding is an incredibly stupid anime thing that has no place in wreaclast.

Almost all of the melee weapons are at least somewhat based on historical precedents right now. Anyone who has done any type of sword fighting (HEMA for example) would know that his is incredibly inefficient at defence and offence and is just a way to die quickly.
