sorry to say but i was expecting this nerf.. come on guys try to be realistic then worshipping OPness. using 4link arc with only empower gem(which is actually 3link) and hit hard end game maps and do atziri etc deal insane dmg - shcok everything? what else you want.. more spoon feeding?
in ambush there were 1million RF , DD , arc'ers around along with low life ST. which is kinda disturbing.
arc: chains free, aims free lmao.. these kind of skills even shouldnt be existed in games like these. tbh these kind of games (poe-d3) evolving around more brainless skills like arc and st which makes me sad.

Arc will be fine. Not as awesome as now, not as utterly shit as before.

Cleave gets some love.

Don't underestimate the potency of reduced mana costs for skills, particularly in regards to mana regen requirements.

I still find that the ball lightning still doing less damage overall...

All of my characters (EB/MoM) still have 115% to 135% regen. They also have more max mana and es from nodes than before. It will most likely be a net gain when combined with lower mana costs.

The only thing I am concerned about is what if anything has been done if anything to the other auras and the reduced mana gem.

even if it will do 2 times more damage, it is still going to be a lot less than current low lief spectral throw builds which probably do more than 10 times more damage both single target and AOE

Ice spear was already so overwhelming powerful, especially as a Hard CC tool. With this buff, I'm certain that this will be the new Arc. #IncomingIceSpearDualTotem

My anarchy-style scion discharger is completely broken due to removal of max resist, VP nerf (previous go-around), and reflection problems.

Whatever shall I do with my 90 levels and my 4L L20 Ice Spear with 20/20 ele prolif on that character?
