" It looks like 50% conversion (instead of 40%) at lvl 1...so probably increased by 10% across all levels. There is also a 10% increased fire and cold damage at lvl 1. Not part of the quality bonus. |

" It probably has to do with the new herald auras. Almost all ele builds will run these. Also theres a lot more % elemental on the tree as well. So yea you will probably do more damage in 1.2 even if anger is slightly nerfed. IGN- FrOArrow
