" They might have shifted Ice-Novas Buffs towards the higher levels, since early it is a fairly good spell. So without seeing the 15+ lvls it is really hard to tell. Sweep... not sure it got a 13% damage buff which is nice, but not sure if it can move the skill past the niche-role it has. |
