The only solace I have is I hope the designer's English isn't up to understanding how cruel and inconsiderate you people are acting.

Expressing impulsively at most times, can be very offensive, even if it was never meant down that route initially. Learn to express better and more sensibly.

Granted the rare opportunity to work on a unique item project after generously donating US1,000/1,500 resonance lucrative in the mind for many, but often what is sweet is likewise bitter in the mix. The process of designing the item is always, almost beyond our control and very much subjected to multiple game balancing mechanics and fair limitations.

Hence the end result, is frequently an unanticipated item. Certain people may find it gratifying whilst others develops mockery. In spite of this, in what ground does it justify you can ridicule the Diaternal and their unique craft, when there is still so much you have not been enlighten on in the whole process? It is not even GGG's error, so do not point the finger. Balance is, but repeatedly a tricky task filled with distractful ambitions and underestimation of design expectations.

Now, I can't be entirely sure about this, since the "full" keyword has only been used with respect to Life up to this point, but if you take Eldritch Battery, that should give you the 40% movespeed bonus constantly, right?

Even without taking that into consideration, they look like they're going to be ridiculous for races. I'd imagine they'd also come in handy if, for some insane reason, you ever wanted to try a Lightning Warp build.

Wrong, you have 0 ES. If you take Aracane vision, you have 0 vision as well if you go EB.

it's a unique. it's a working unique, it give shit load of movement speed. at lvl 16 you don't need anything else. i like them...
