I'd seriously look into delaying those boots. Not only are they not what you wanted, they're obviously baffling just about everyone else.
I love low level uniques, but I think they deserve as much creativity and usefulness at their level as anything else. This game does not need more uniques that will just need buffing later, and likely will never get it. Account sharing/boosting is a bannable offence. No ifs, ands, or buts. No exceptions. Not even for billionaires.

yeah... that is a massive downer, honestly they should give him another go at desgining a claw or something because the GR thing is really nasty.. or at least let him revamp the claw for the current game

" Thanks for answering. I would delay it if I were you, it looks like the penalty wasnt adjusted after nerfing the initial idea. Full ES is much harder to keep than full life. I would suggest asking for two separate movement speed rolls on it. +15% base and +25% more when on full ES for example sounds pretty reasonable for the downsides. Or if possible and its somehting you'd like, go with vortexnomad suggestion regarding phase run. The current state of the unique is pretty bad, I think you should propose a bit more, delay it, I know I would considering the price you pay. Tis not like you are creating a thing without downsides.
