This thread is hilarious. Complaints about complaints about complaints... Look, they initially designed it SC only, didn't want to design two events, and didn't think the HC community would want "the same thing, but HC" so they didn't include it. The volume of comments from disappointed HC players convinced them that people would want that option, so they added it. Can we all stop shouting at each other now and just look forward to the event?

Ok so, I don't want to criticize...but you just gave in to criticism, so here goes anyway.

You guys cater to HC players too much. You allow some of them to act like elitist jerks (not on the forum, but good luck getting any of them muted during a 1 week+ race event where SC and HC players have to *gasp* interact).

All races are HC already, except MAYBE one race a season. Some of us don't have high-end PCs and even on the lowest settings don't get even 10 FPS against Dominus (don't even talk to me about the screenshot event that needed full quality and shadows turned on). Some of us like to play stranger builds that aren't 100% focused on staying alive. Some of us actually enjoy SC.

P.S. whenever I've played HC (nemesis and invasion), there has been only a global 1, with global 2+ empty. Compared to the SC versions where the lowest I've seen is global 4 being empty. Food for thought.

Good job GGG now you just have to add softcore events for every hc you do in the future because that's what you achieved with this.

I'll probably try it but will die after 10 minutes, then after 1-2 hours and then I'll continue the standard-variant ;)
