" Lightning pen doesn't change the list dps at all. It's effect is variable, anywhere from doubling your damage on a max resist mob to less than the pen amount. In any case, it's definitely the best 5th link. |

What would be the to get go 20% quality in order?
Spark, faster casting, elemental weakness and then? Fork, lightning penetration, critical damage or it is somehow different? |

Would your build work if I chose to use EK (respecing out of lightning damage nodes of course)? Or would it be less effective than spark?

" With your gear you should replace the spell / lighting damage nodes with crit nodes immediately. I think the way Dominion does it in his lvl 91 tree is quite good. Next purchases: quality faster casting crit multiplier / chance wand crit multiplier / chance shield maligaro's virtuosity unique gloves. crit jewelry You should also consider respeccing into double curse. @glh5 I was very pleased to read this response. I just noticed that I forgot to link my gloves which are in fact 4L maligaro's. Last night (before reading this reply) I purchased an 18% faster casting and got some Windscream boots so I was pleased to read you recommended me taking that path too. I bought a VERY good wand which had 2exalt rolls left on it. I rolled them both and got base light damage and +% fire damage so I sold it to make my money back. Point being, a high crit wand and shield were my very next step. After that I will go for quality elemental weakness and from there jewelry etc.
If you look at the build I have it very much resembles Dom's. More crit chance and multi to come soon I hope. |

hi there, i see you are not using the anti stun amulet
how do you cope with those rhoa skull monsters or similar? even if i play very carefully it happens once in a while that they catch me and stun me to death, what can i do instead of just getting insane amounts of ES? ^^ IGN: Firorath / Ninpa

" You need the stun amulet. He doesn't need it because he has 11k ES and enough damage to kill any large packs of mobs before they can stunlock him. He also can cast the totem and run like crazy with his quicksilver flasks. He probably doesn't even need the dream fragments since he can get a "of heat" granite or quicksilver. Dream fragments does have really good stats for his build though, so he probably doesn't want to get rid of it. IGN: @Deltrus

Anyone else here have a LA ranger also? I have a level 70 LA ranger, and a level 70 Shock totem witch. Wanting to quit one, but can't decide which. Anyone with experience can tell which character's better overall for 80+ ?
