EDIT: Herald of Ice is 49-81 at level 20 (way less than nerfed Anger).

I added the numbers to my post, but also the shatter explosion should be considered too.
Herald of Ice at Level 20: 49 - 82 cold damage and 77 - 129 damage on shatter explosion.

I wouldn't be so pessimistic about the whole thing if the Tree situation wasn't a mess. I struggle to get over 130% increased health, and thats neglecting all other defenses. The first bow ranger build I made on new tree has over 200% with huge Armor and pretty much the same amount of damage nodes.

This build looks like its definitely gimped for hardcore. At least there are a lot of other options that are looking more viable.

taking 180%increased mana regen as compensation for the low unreserved mana following the nerfs, if it turns out too much some can be traded for life% nodes. Ofcourse there is still much room for improvement and I would happily hear some criticism.

(Haste can be switched for Grace depending on situation and tempest shield is just a placeholder for herald of ice, which has the same reservation. 3500mana should be a reasonable pool.)

theres also the skill rework on crit weakness (Assassin's Mark) that gives mana on kill and chance to give power charge, just depends how much

Manaleech gem won't work byw, you do need mana regen.
In a 5-6L your dps will take a huge hit, and in a 4L you won't have any dps to speak of.

And also looks like defenses are out the window for this build and its 100% life and AA based with no Eva. I still haven't seen what the Clarity nerf looks like but that will likely make high level AA harder to run.


Grace aura, drop Haste. Combined with AA enough to do elemental reflect maps and kill double reflect rares. This is with LGoH though, not sure about LL.
