You're going to struggle to use high level AA + Power Siphon without EB. Anger, Wrath, Clarity and all aura reservation nodes are getting nerfed. CI is also going to need/want Unwavering Stance. Main point of this build is cost efficiency and aura synergy and the new patch murders your damage and defenses. I don't think this build is going to be that good in hardcore after the patch.

Following this build I now understand why auras are getting nerfed.

I sat here for a while trying to figure out how to keep this as a witch in hc. It has ~180% life and is pretty similar to the evasion version you posted a couple pages back. I'm liking it so far. Please let me know what you think Skyforth.

Extremely bad version. You skipped almost all mana / ES / manaregen nodes which are essential to the build.
With your regen you will probably fire blanks on a 4L lvl 1 siphon. You realise that manadrain is going to be 300-400 mana per second, even more with better gear?

Added a new Dexterity/Intelligence skill: Herald of Ice: Channel ice through your hands, adding cold damage to spells and attacks. If you shatter an enemy, they explode and deal cold damage to enemies near them.

Since we lost a 5th Aura due to the nerf to reserves, I'm thinking of replacing Anger for Herald of Ice that way I can fit Haste and/or Grace again. Since Anger damage was nerfed anyways, and the burn is much more useless compared to freezing/chilling/shattering I will be testing it out.

Found the numbers for the new ones:
New Anger at Level 20: 77 - 129 (down from 101–169)
60% reserve.

Herald of Ice at Level 20: 49 - 82 cold damage and 77 - 129 damage on shatter explosion.
25% reserve.

What do you guys think?

I'd be surprised if Herald of Ice gives more +dmg than the nerfed Anger, especially considering it has 2 effects instead of 1.

EDIT: Herald of Ice is 49-81 at level 20 (way less than nerfed Anger).

Looks like we're gonna be running Anger, Wrath and Herald of Ice to make up for the damage we lost... And also looks like defenses are out the window for this build and its 100% life and AA based with no Eva. I still haven't seen what the Clarity nerf looks like but that will likely make high level AA harder to run.
