What's your SA and Puncture dps?

I've used the revised 1.2 tree into the 50's now in Rampage from the ground up. It is very good, the only issues I've had are obviously gearing, the tree feels very solid thus far.

Just wondering, why use faster attacks as the 4th link on Puncture? Doesn't the hits overwrite eachother?

For "hit and run puncture" you need to be very fast. If there is a really dangerous enemy, you will spend most of your time dodging. Faster attacks on puncture allows you to keep moving out the way quicker when you stop to put a DoT on the target. Also, the impact damage is still really good from puncture, and if you miss a crit faster attacks helps a ton there as well.

Just thought I'd pop in and mention what I've been finding regarding the CI build, looks like after the nerf to quality on armour, I can only affordably hit 5K ES as opposed to the 6K I was planning. With top end gear you can maybe pull it off, but at that point there's better options for the cost. So that leaves this build at only really being viable as a life-based build. On the plus side a lot of my Low-life Solaris Lorica Casters are hitting 7.5K ES now, so if you want to play around with an ES build, you're best off doing it with a build that can use a shield like those can.

Also, with Herald of Ash in the game. Hard choice there. As we can't run Hatred + HoA + Grace.

Is this build better then maxbo's build? Or the same? also has anyone hit a wall with this build?

What are people's thoughts on dropping power charge on crit, now we have Assassin's Mark? Fine for trash mobs, but obviously be tricky to generate charges for bosses. Would definitely keep in on a 6 link anyway, as what else would you use? But could we do without it on a 4/5 link?
