For future reference, avatars that haven't been added yet aren't 'missing'. That would imply this is a complete list. They simply haven't been added yet. I'm not actively hunting these days. It was always a case of 'if you want yours here, contact me and I'll add it'. Saying they're 'missing' implies I'm not doing my job.
